The measures that were proposed by Geens have the full support from the Belgium Gambling Commission. The gambling adverts will now be banned from the television screens before eight pm and also during the live sports events.

The new proposal also says that screen banners through live games and between commercials at half time would also be banned.  The implication of problem gambling is very vital and is going to mandatory to give a warning about it. There will also be fines for companies that don’t follow the rules.
