New Red Rake Online Casino Game: 777 Heist

Some game developers focus on creating cartoon-like characters for their online pokies. Then there’s Red Rake Gaming, a company known for its attention to detail, especially with regard to characters for their games that look like real people.

The latest game from the minds at Red Rake Gaming, 777 Heist, uses that type of intricate detail to create the main character, the art museum, the Mona Lisa painting and other artwork, camera lenses, and all the way down to the symbols on the reels.

The new 777 Heist is Red Rake Gaming at its best.

Just Released March 26

Less than a week at the top Aussie online casinos and 777 Heist is already one of the most popular games. The realistic animation and the constantly rotating features keep players interested from the start and wanting to play more.

Red Rake Gaming released this game worldwide on March 26. Players familiar with Red Rake were immediately drawn to it for features they’ve experienced in other games by this developer. The Cascading Reels is well-known from its appearances in Asp of Cleopatra, Viva Las Vegas, and Twin Harlequin, to name a few.

However, there are many new features in 777 Heist. From hacking to using a harness or a smoke bomb, this thief has many weapons in his arsenal.

777 Heist Details and Payouts

This 5×5 slot from Red Rake Gaming with a theoretical RTP of 95.37%. It is a high variance video slot.

While playing the game, the background is the museum at night, with various pieces of art in the dark hallway. The darkness is broken by red laser beams, those which might be used by a museum to detect movement…like that of a thief.

The music is right out of a high-action drama about a bank robbery, intense and captivating, bringing the player into the game.

As for betting, the minimum allowed is $0.20. That goes up to $0.40, $0.60, $0.80, $1.00, $1.40, $2, $3, $5, $7.60, $10, $15, $25, and finally a max bet of $35 per spin.

The symbols in the game can line up horizontally or vertically and require only three to create a win. When betting the minimum and finding five of one symbol on a payline, these are the payouts:

  • Thief (also the Wild) = $10
  • Diamond = $2
  • Painting of vase with 12 sunflowers = $2
  • Venus de Milo statue = $2
  • Any three (painting, statue, diamond) = $1
  • A or K = $0.60 each
  • Q or J = $0.40

777 Heist Features and Gameplay

As mentioned, the thief is the Wild and replaces all other symbols.

When any three symbols create a winning combination – in regular gameplay or the Free Spins Bonus – they pay out and disappear, with a wild created to take the middle spot.

Each winning combination also increases the multiplier, which is shown just above and to the left of the thief’s head on the left of the reels. It starts at 1 for each spin, but it increases each time symbols fall for that same spin.

The thief has several skills to use during regular gameplay. They happen randomly after a winless spin.

  • Hacking: One of the symbols on the board is chosen to be replaced by another.
  • Harness: The thief hangs from a harness and adds two Wild symbols to the reels.
  • Smoke Bomb: Two symbols, chosen randomly, will disappear when the bomb explodes.

The goal is to win with each of the symbols to fill the meter, which is the lens to the bottom left of the reels. Three symbols fill 1/3 of the meter, four symbols fills 2/3 of the meter, and five symbols fills it entirely. This triggers a special spin, during which the thief uses all three special skills, first the hacking, then the harness, and finally the smoke bomb.

If those actions lead to the erasure of all symbols from the board except the Wild, the Gioconda Free Spin feature launches. There will be six free spins, but filling the accumulator awards additional spins. And every spin without a win triggers a thief skill.

If the player can clear all of the symbols during the bonus round, the player wins 100x the bet.

The maximum win on 777 Heist is 5,000x the bet, assuming every feature hits and goes through each feature in the game.
